We have a rare opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager to take ownership of a Charter Hall industrial portfolio across Brisbane. This is a blue‐chip account on one of Australia's most active property sectors, offering the kind of scale, variety and brand exposure that genuinely elevates a CV.
In This Role, You Will
* Manage daily operations across the portfolio, balancing planned and reactive priorities
* Build strong, lasting relationships with tenants and occupiers, acting as their primary point of contact
* Lead planned and reactive maintenance programs across building services, hardstand, roofing and fire and life safety systems
* Hold contractors accountable to SLAs and service standards, ensuring full compliance with statutory, WHS, ESG and environmental requirements
* Prepare and manage operational expenditure budgets and contribute to capital works and sustainability projects across the portfolio
About You
* Experience as a Facilities Manager within industrial, logistics or large‐scale commercial property
* Strong technical understanding of industrial building services, compliance frameworks and asset risk
* Confidence managing budgets, contractor performance and competing priorities across multiple sites
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
* Qualifications in facilities management, building services, engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent industry experience)
