We are seeking a customer‑focused Retail Assistant to work within our IGA supermarket team at Yulara, NT, which is a 20‑minute drive from Uluru, one of Australia’s most iconic and culturally significant landmarks. In this role you will perform all retail assistant duties efficiently and friendly manner to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction.
Key Duties
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales and customer service.
- Know the product range in detail and deliver fast, knowledgeable service.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in point‑of‑sale operation and cash handling.
- Maintain high level of cleanliness of all register and supermarket areas.
- Serve customers in a friendly manner while undertaking front‑end register duties.
