The Opportunity
This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in residential construction. As a Building Cadet, you will work closely with our Project Manager and leadership team, gaining hands-on experience across the full construction lifecycle.
This position provides structured mentoring, real responsibility and clear progression opportunities within the business.

About You

Key Responsibilities
* Liaise with private certifiers and consultants
* Prepare plan markups and construction documentation
* Project documentation
* Assist with project scheduling, cost tracking, and procurement
* Ordering of materials and liaising with contractors
* Support OHS documentation and compliance
* Attend site visits and assist with project coordination
* A full driver's license is required for site visits and coordination duties
* Contribute to client handover and maintenance processes
