The opportunity has arisen for an experienced and professional individual to join our dealership as a Service Receptionist.
You will be based in Rockingham and will be carrying out customer experience duties such as:
* Answering the phone - directing calls to the right person, taking messages and responding to general enquiries.
* Answering and booking vehicle service customers.
* Answering email enquiries for vehicle servicing, recalls and parts.
* Making outbound service reminder calls to our customers.
* Making after service follow up calls to our customers.
* Data entry.
* Assisting with other general administration duties.
Ideally the successful candidate will possess;
* Customer service skills in both person and over the phone.
* Experience with the 'TUNE' dealer management system will be highly regarded.
* Prior Toyota dealer experience will be highly regarded.
* Excellent communication and computer skills.
* Be well presented and professional.
* You will have been in a previous call centre position.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Punctuality and time management skills.
