Senior Project Manager
to join our
Williamstown North office
and play a key role in delivering projects to the highest standard.
What You'll Be Doing
This is a senior
project management
role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, construction-aligned environment.
Working closely with the Managing Director, General Manager, Production Coordinator, and wider delivery team, you will manage signage projects from initial quoting through to manufacture, installation, and final invoicing.
While this role is primarily focused on project management, coordination, and delivery, a practical understanding of signage installation is highly valued. From time to time, the successful candidate may be required to assist on-site or in the workshop when an extra set of hands is needed.
Applicants must hold a full driver's licence as this role may require travel to various project sites and client locations
* Manage signage projects end-to-end: quoting, approvals, production, installation, and invoicing
* Define project scope, manage time and resources, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
* Prepare accurate quotations, artwork proofs, council permits, SWMS, and site surveys
* Maintain regular client communication and strong working relationships
* Attend and contribute to client meetings and internal production meetings
* Liaise with the Production Coordinator on installation scheduling, stock purchases, and materials
* Ensure purchase orders are issued correctly and materials are ordered promptly
* Invoice clients, including 50% deposit invoices, and ensure workflow accuracy
* Support and mentor Project Managers with technical guidance and process support
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in project management within signage, construction, or a related industry
* A minimum of 1-2 years of project management experience in signage, construction, or related industry is essential for this role.
* Completion of Certificate III in Signs and Graphics (CPC30216)
or equivalent industry qualification (highly regarded)
* Working knowledge of
Estimate One and Aconex
(or similar project management platforms)
* Strong understanding of signage construction and manufacturing processes
* Experience with design and workflow systems (Adobe Suite, Flexi, Workflow, Excel or similar)
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills
* Ability to work independently, use initiative, and lead by example
* Existing client relationships or the ability to bring clients with you (highly regarded)
