Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial projects in Australia.
A strong understanding of construction standards, codes, legislation.
Strong ability to lead a site team, enforce safety standards, and maintain quality control.
Experience using construction-related software such as Hammertech, Aconex, Procore.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
