Activity Planner - Services
Become an Activity Planner and join our Onshore Energy team in Darwin. This full‑time role ensures the quality delivery of scaffolding, rigging, crane & lifting activities and provides compliance with applicable codes, standards, and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Resource estimation, activity planning and basic scheduling of services work for onshore facilities in compliance with industry standards.
- Prepare lifting plans, scaffolding work packs and designs.
- Collaborate with facility short, mid and long‑term planning teams for accurate work scope scheduling.
- Organise and facilitate HAZID / HIGH level risk assessments for critical or high‑risk scopes of work, including after action reviews.
- Support and oversee crane movements across site.
- Maintain compliance with all Australian and company standards.
- Develop and implement risk assessments and permitting.
What You’ll Bring
- Proficiency in planning software and computerized maintenance management systems such as SAP PM, Scafpac and EXTAG.
- Understanding of AS/NZS standards for lifting and scaffolding. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and lifting studies.
- Minimum 3‑5 years in planning scaffolding, rigging and lifting activities in heavy industry, oil & gas or LNG projects.
- High risk work licences (Rigging, Crane Operation – SCLP), basic/advanced scaffolding certification.
- Valid Australian driver’s licence.
- Proof of right to work in Australia.
