Professional Indemnity Law Expertise
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide expertise in indemnity matters related to claims on professional indemnity policies of insurance. This experienced individual will advise on personal injuries and occupational regulation matters.
About the Role
* Provide comprehensive advice on indemnity with respect to claims on professional indemnity policies of insurance in relation to personal injuries.
* Act as defence counsel in relation to personal injury claims, occupational regulation and investigations for professionals.
The successful candidate will work alongside our Brisbane team, collaborating with industry leading practitioners. They will have 4+ years' PQE experience in professional indemnity matters, strong analytical skills, and practical problem-solving abilities.
