Due to internal promotions and the expansion of our strategic project portfolio we are seeking new Project Manager’s to join our team. Our Project Manager’s are responsible for supporting the planning and delivery of a diverse project portfolio in predominantly mechanical and structural disciplines within an outage-based delivery model across both static and mobile plant.Key responsibilities include:Lead the deliverya diverse portfolio of projects in an outage based delivery model.End-to-end project management from initiation through to execution, commissioning and handover.Options analysis, risk-based decision making, budgeting and forecasting.Apply strategic thinking and best practice project and change management.Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery.Desired Skills and ExperienceDesired Skills and Experience:What we are looking for:Experience in end-to-end project managementExperience in managing multiple projects concurrently.Excellent commercial acumen, leadership and communication skills.Experience working in a heavy industrial, construction or related environment.Relevant qualifications in Structural / Civil, Mechanical, Construction, or a related disciplineCompetitive remuneration package including 18.5% SuperannuationWork to Live Culture including generous leave entitlements (14-week parental leave and over 5 weeks annual leave)Opportunities for industry networking and professional development and participation in community engagement activities.For initial inquiries or assistance with your application, please call Adrian Button or Jess O’Neill from Beilby Downing Teal on (02) 4044 0400.
