Our IT Team is looking for a skilled professional to fill the role of Helpdesk Officer. This position is ideal for someone with experience in providing first level support across various operating systems, desktops, laptops and BYOD devices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to IT support tickets
* Log incidents into the ticketing system
* Provide troubleshooting assistance
* Escalate issues where required and follow through to resolution
* Configure and provision new devices
To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong background in IT, a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in IT, and experience in troubleshooting Windows operating systems, desktops, laptops and BYOD devices. Additionally, you'll require basic Cisco and Microsoft certifications and knowledge of LAN, WAN, Wifi connectivity troubleshooting.
The ideal candidate will be willing to work onsite in the Gold Coast region and have exposure to AV equipment with the ability to troubleshoot and provision AV equipment.
