We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our broker and aggregator partnerships within the mortgage industry. This key role will play a critical part in driving revenue expansion by identifying and securing new business opportunities, expanding our portfolio of active mortgage brokers, and delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial lending sales, preferably within financial services, mortgage lending, or real estate. They will also have a Certificate IV in Finance and Broker Management, strong understanding of credit assessment, legal, and regulatory requirements, advanced interpersonal and written communication skills, and proven ability to influence, negotiate, and build strong business relationships.
Additionally, we seek candidates with experience in asset finance, residential and commercial lending, and well-connected networks within the non-bank lending space. A degree in Business, Accounting, or related field is highly regarded but not essential.
