As our online channel continues to grow, we’re looking for a hands-on eCommerce professional to help manage and optimise our website while supporting the execution of our digital strategy.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the balance of trading, analytics, and creative execution and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Website Management & Maintenance

Drive online sales to help meet financial targets and profit budgets. Ensure the experience for the online customer is reflective of the brand’s UPS’s & customer service values.

Support Co-ordinator to ensure product enrichment is managed efficiently, with strong attention to detail and in a timely mannerOnline product merchandising and daily review of site to ensure all product content is current, accurate, relevant and aligned with digital merchandising and content strategyCollaborate and liaise with product team to understand product delivery dates and SOH across the retail network to manage online product enrichment processes and timelinesWork with SEO teams to ensure products and content are optimised for search and adhere to SEO best practiceSupport marketing campaigns, product launches and retail activities with regular and relevant content updatesSupport Ecommerce Manager with pricing & promotions as required

Campaign & Promotion Execution

Implementation of digital and content marketing plan that delivers increased engagement and conversion rates.

Project manage online campaigns and promotions, including briefing assets, building EDMs, and managing timelines for on-time delivery.Oversee the briefing, build, testing, and send of email campaigns in line with the marketing calendar, in partnership with marketing and CRM teams.Manage the briefing, testing, and upload of campaign content, homepage updates, and promotional banners.Create and implement content and product landing pages to support marketing all content and campaigns are executed accurately and delivered to deadline.Oversee the setup and removal of promotional content to maintain consistency and relevance.Coordinate with in-store teams to align online and offline promotions for a cohesive customer experience.Analyse and report on campaign performance and ROI.

CRO, CRM and UX/UI

Deliver on-brand, best-in-class online customer experience by applying a customer centric approach to all work

Conduct regular site audits to ensure a seamless customer experience and flag improvements.Optimise product categorisation, search, and navigation based on user behaviour and trading needs.Support with A/B testing and UX initiatives to validate ideas and drive conversion uplift.Use GA4 and other tools to identify friction points and prioritise high-impact optimisation opportunities.Participate in UAT to ensure new features meet functionality and performance standards.Continuously improve onsite tools including reviews, sizing guides, and search/merch.Experience with A/B testing frameworks, CRO methodologies, and CDP predictive modelling is valued.Strong understanding of CRO best practices and ability to run experiments that deliver incremental revenue.Liaise and collaborate with various departments to ensure we are delivering best in class, seamless customer experience

Sale Analysis, Reporting & Administration

Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner and reporting deadlines are met.

Support weekly and monthly reporting across key eCommerce KPIs — including traffic, conversion, sales, and product performance — ensuring accuracy and delivering actionable insights that drive revenue and engagement.Support the CRM team by reporting on key EDM KPIs, providing actionable insights on content and copy performance.Monitor online and in-store top sellers to optimise onsite product merchandising.Produce ad-hoc reports as needed, translating data into clear, outcome-focused insights.Build and maintain performance dashboards (GA4, Looker Studio, Excel) to track trading metrics, identify anomalies, and highlight emerging trends.Collaborate with digital, marketing, and merchandising teams to ensure analytics, tagging, and reporting frameworks are accurate and aligned with business objectives.

Web Development

Provide technical and testing support with responsive, problem-solving abilities.

Troubleshoot site process issues or customer service queries and escalate to as requiredAssist with the implementation of new website features and integrations when necessaryAssist in site testingLiaise with internal dev teams or vendors to ensure uptime, speed, and data accuracy

To succeed in this role, you will need to have the following:

2-3 years experience in similar rolePreferably footwear retail or wholesale backgroundEffective written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento) and integrated marketing/analytics tools (GA4, Tag Manager, Data Studio, Bloomreach, Looker studio, Klaviyo or equivalent, etc.)Can-do attitude, hands-on and responsiveAble to prioritise and meet deadlinesWork independently and as part of teamHighly self-driven with initiative to be hands-on to support wider teamAnalytical skills experience with Google Analytics (or similar)Highly organised with great communication skillsMarketing, business degree/diploma preferableExperience building campaign emails
