Join the thriving team at Salter Brothers Hospitality as our new Regional Marketing Manager.
Reporting to the Regional General Manager, this role will develop and execute the marketing strategy for a defined cluster of hotels and retreats within the Salter Brothers Hospitality portfolio that are in the Blue Mountains region and Southern Highland to drive awareness, guest engagement, and revenue growth.
As a leader of the regional management team, you will collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing Performance and the central services marketing team to enhance brand awareness, consideration, and revenue for the regional portfolio.
The role will be based on property a few days per week, so being able to travel to the Blue Mountains is a must!

The role and key duties;
* Implement targeted marketing campaigns tailored to the unique positioning of the defined hotel cluster.
* Lead the day-to-day marketing management for the cluster, including collaboration with the marketing team more broadly to drive brand and commercial outcomes.
* Create and manage engaging content across digital channels, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
* Develop on-property marketing initiatives and partnerships to enhance visibility and guest experience.
* Day-to-day management of marketing expenditure budgets focused on driving revenue targets.
* Coordinate PR activations, influencer collaborations, and local business partnerships to drive demand.
* Track marketing KPIs, report on campaign success, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
* Enable targeted marketing activities to support and drive F&B Marketing, Experiences Marketing, and Revenue Generation.
* Balance a strategic and planned approach with the agility to meet commercial objectives.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives.
* Support the implementation of systemized processes across the marketing team that are agile and high-performing.
* Provide effective, consistent, and regular performance feedback to maximize individual and team outcomes.
* Proactively keep up to date and share issues and trends that affect the hospitality, tourism industry, and consumer behavior.
* Collaborate across the business, including the wider commercial team, operations, and finance.
* Ensure great stakeholder relations with all of our General Managers at property.
Essential criteria required to be considered;
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Marketing Executive or Manager role directly from within the Hotel industry.
* A tertiary Marketing degree is essential.
* Experience in managing multiple Hotels/Retreats in a portfolio or cluster is highly desirable.
* Sound commercial acumen and technical knowledge of through-the-line marketing.
* Strong and proven expertise in digital marketing including direct marketing tools, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Meta, and CRM Software.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated analytical and data-driven thinking.
* Strong project management and coordination skills.
* Detail-oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
