* Phase 1: Manage a focused launch budget to test channels and prove Unit Economics.

What You Will Do
* Strategic Planning: Design the acquisition roadmap and own the Acquisition Budget. You rigorously monitor Payback Periods to determine when to cut low-quality sources and when to scale.
* "Grey Market" Media Buying: Identify and execute direct media buys on DSPs, Ad Networks, and Streaming sites (TrafficStars, ExoClick, etc.). You manage bid strategies and creative testing to find underpriced attention.
* Build the Partner Network: Build a roster of Casino Streamers (Kick, YouTube, Instagram) and "Community Leaders" (Discord, Telegram). Negotiate complex deals (Hybrid, RevShare, MG) that protect our downside.
* Feedback Loop to Product: Act as the "Voice of Canada" for acquisition. Analyze the funnel and advise Product on payment friction and localized offers to improve conversion.
* Build Your Team: Within your first 6 months, you will recruit and hire a direct report (e.g., Influencer Manager or Media Buyer) to support your strategy.
Who You Are
* The "Grey Market" Navigator: 6+ years of High-Growth UA experience in iGaming, Crypto, or Fintech (Unregulated markets).
* Programmatic Expert: Comfortable buying media on DSPs and Ad Networks. You understand S2S tracking and attribution.
* Commercial Negotiator: Proven track record of structuring deals that align partner incentives with ROI.
* Data Hawk: You know how to spot "Arbitrage" and "Incentivized" traffic patterns early.
* Global & Flexible: Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with Australian HQ.
