A passionate Design Coordinator who can transform blank spaces into incredible, breath-taking ones and uphold our aspiration to deliver projects from render to reality. The Design Coordinator will ensure that the look and feel of projects and display suites are on brand and exceed customer expectations
**Key Responsibilities of the role**:
- Assist the design team in upholding brand and design quality within projects from concept to completion by working closely with our internal development, sales & marketing departments and external consultants when needed.
- Involved in putting together mood boards, look/feel and design briefs for concept and marketing phases.
- Involved in giving feedback on marketing 3D renders, furniture and styling.
- Assist in interior plans and layout explorations through CAD/BIM/3D.
- Assist in reviewing architectural drawings within all phases of the project (Schematic, Town Planning, Tender, Construction)
- Assist in reviewing shop drawings and defects inspections to ensure quality of delivered product.
- Assist in documentation and assembly of schedules for display suite tender & construction purposes.
- Assist in documentation of custom furniture or joinery pieces for fabrication including specification of materials when needed.
- Assist in sourcing and specification of materials and samples for projects in concept and construction stages that will meet overall target budget and milestone timelines.
- Assist in the styling of photoshoots, display suites, prototype apartments and event spaces with the involvement of selection and procurement of items while managing overall budgets and timeline.
This person will have a positive can-do attitude, has an eye for detail and design and is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and be hands on for execution and coordination. This role requires a lot of juggling different tasks and innovative problem solving!

**Skills & Requirements**
- Minimum 2 years work experience in architecture or interior design with experience of project delivery.
- Proficient in 3D Sketchup, BIM(Revit)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Excel and high level commercial acumen of cost management
- Drivers license
