Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to fill the role of Hearing Services Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive high-quality hearing health care outcomes.
About the Role:
* This is a part-time position that requires working 2 days a week, Thursday and Friday, from 9am to 5pm.
* You will work collaboratively with clinicians and hearing technicians to provide quality hearing health care services to our clients.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential in this role, as you will be working with clients who require empathy and understanding.
* A strong organizational and administrative background is also required, as you will be responsible for managing clinic operations and ensuring that our clients receive timely and effective support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
2. Work collaboratively with clinicians and hearing technicians to deliver high-quality hearing health care services.
3. Manage clinic operations, including scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
5. Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role or similar environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
* High school certificate or equivalent qualification.
* Computer literacy skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
