We work collaboratively to support clinical governance, monitoring key indicators to inform decision‐making and drive innovation. About the role
* Deliver independent, high‐level clinical advice to teams regarding policies and procedures.
* Lead the monitoring of clinical incidents and outcomes to influence standards of practice.
* Facilitate clinical research projects that drive innovation in regional service delivery.
* Exercise professional judgement to meet organisational needs across various clinical environments.
* Act as a role model in supporting staff orientation and building clinical governance capacity.

* You are an experienced clinician whose colleagues look to you for guidance, grounded in advanced specialty knowledge and a common, patient‐centred vision.
* You are a proactive leader who doesn't just identify inconsistencies between policy and practice but works "at the elbow" to fix them.
* You possess the advanced clinical judgment needed to manage a complex caseload while maintaining a culture of safety and excellence.
* You are a lifelong learner who is passionate about facilitating research and education that directly influences the standards of regional nursing.
* You are a Registered Nurse (AHPRA) who embodies the professional standards and ethical behaviour our community relies on.
What we offer
Total remuneration value of up to $135,857 p.a. is comprised of:
* An hourly rate between $56.08 – $60.05 p.h.
* 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
