You’ll manage the full end-to-end lending process, from assessing client needs through to settlement, and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

What do you do?
- Consult with clients to understand financial goals and provide tailored loan solutions
- Manage the full lending process across residential, investment, SMSF, commercial and asset finance
- Prepare and lodge loan applications via MyCRM & ApplyOnline
- Liaise with lenders, clients and support staff to ensure smooth settlements
- Conduct post-settlement reviews and foster long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with accountants and advisors to align lending with broader financial strategies
What do you need?
- Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking
- 2+ years’ experience as a mortgage broker or lender
- MFAA or FBAA membership with lender accreditations
- Strong understanding of credit policy, servicing calculators, and loan structuring
- Experience with ApplyOnline, CRM systems & bank platforms
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
- A high level of professionalism, compliance, and attention to detail
