* Conducted technical bid evaluations and vendor audits.
* Strategically managed vendors to ensure timely, cost-effective procurement.
* Delivered regular progress, resource, cost, and forecast reports to stakeholders.
* Provided input on technical deviations and their impact on quality, cost, and timelines.
* Supported fabrication and testing with engineering oversight.
* Reviewed and approved contractor documentation, inspection reports, and progress claims.
* Verified test certificates, calibration records, and personnel qualifications.
* Witnessed and signed ITPs; coordinated third-party inspections and audits.
* Identified and mitigated risks; ensured compliance with contract terms.
* Closed out punch list items and NCRs; promoted continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
* Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Engineering
* 4-8 years of experience mechanical project engineering background, preferably with gold experience (or wet mineral processing plants)
* Ad hoc site travel of 1 week each time. 80% Perth 20% site
* Develop study project schedules, budgets and forecasts
