Emerald Beach Plumbing is a family-run plumbing business proudly servicing the Coffs Coast. We are known for our friendly service, reliable workmanship and strong team culture. We are now looking for a motivated and organised Bookings & Customer Service Officer to join our Coffs Harbour office in a full-time role.
You will be the first point of contact for our customers and play an important part in keeping our plumbers organised and our days running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering phone calls, emails and online booking enquiries
* Scheduling daily jobs for up to 10 plumbers
* Receiving and allocating work orders based on urgency
* Preparing and sending job updates
* Looking after our real estate and commercial clients as well as private customers with friendly, professional service
* General office duties including tidying, organisation and office supplies
Skills and Experience:
* Previous administration, bookings or customer service experience is essential
* Confident and friendly communication skills
* Good computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and a variety of programs/software
* ServiceM8 or other trade scheduling software experience is a bonus
* Reliable, organised and ability to work independently
* Ability to work effectively within in a busy trades environment
* A current driver's licence and reliable transport is essential for travel to and from our office.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position based in our Coffs Harbour office, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm.
