**Job Title:** Construction Supervisor
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of construction projects efficiently, ensuring they are completed within set timeframes, budgets, and quality standards.
* Coordinate the work and performance of multiple teams and subcontractors to achieve outcomes.
* Provide leadership responsibility in health, safety, and environment management.
* Contribute to the development of work methods and rolling short-term construction programs and plan daily/weekly production work.
* Build strong internal and external stakeholder management through positive, proactive, and professional communication.
* Read and understand plans, review design documentation, read drawings, and provide constructive review and implementation of final designs.
* Identify and mitigate risks prior to works commencing, communicate with and engage relevant stakeholders to control risk and contribute to building a risk management culture.
* Select, train, and develop leading hands and ensure the observance of safety, other work standards, and fair and reasonable application of industrial agreements.
* Provides positive leadership to ensure the quality and standard of workmanship performed is in accordance with specifications and drawings.
* Maintain diary records of actual progress including issues and usage.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Australian Trade Qualification.
* 5+ years previous construction experience in a similar role.
* Substantial Industry experience in Trade and Construction.
* NW Drivers Licence.
* White Card.
* Desirable: Waste Water industry experience, Civil or Mechanical background.
