How you will make contributions that matter
* Lead and develop a high‑performing team.
* Manage store operations including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.
* Build strong customer relationships and provide expert advice on rural products.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
* Drive marketing and promotional activities to boost sales.
About You
* Experience in rural product sales/retail or on‑farm experience.
* Supervisory or managerial experience (preferred).
* Strong leadership, financial acumen, and inventory management skills.
* Knowledge of rural products and farming practices.
* Certificate, diploma, or degree in retail, business, agriculture, or commerce (preferred).
