Requirements and Qualifications:
* Previous supervisory experience or readiness to take on a leadership role
* Previous retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations expertise
* Desirable: mechanical/automotive parts knowledge
* Flexibility to work varying schedules and hold a valid driver's license
* Ability to perform physical duties, including handling heavy products
