Business Development Representative
Contribute to business growth by identifying and generating new opportunities, qualifying leads, and building strong relationships with potential clients in the Blockchain/Crypto/FinTech/Web3 industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create strategic target account lists focusing on Australia.
* Research potential clients through online channels like LinkedIn.
* Attend marketing events to build meaningful relationships and scope potential opportunities.
* Work closely with the Marketing team to organize and drive registrations for bi-monthly events/seminars to generate leads.
* Engage in high-level conversations with Senior Executives in prospect accounts.
* Meet or exceed monthly outreach targets consistently.
Nurture Leads:
* Design compelling outreach campaigns and multi-channel outbound cadences.
* Coordinate with the Marketing team to deliver timely insights to unlock opportunities in target accounts.
Qualify Leads:
* Schedule appointments and engage in preliminary conversations with leads.
* Assess lead fit for our products and communicate their value proposition effectively.
Gather Market Intelligence:
* Bring valuable market insights back to the team to contribute to overall strategy.
* Share best practices with BDRs worldwide.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1-2 years of business development experience.
* Good knowledge of the Blockchain/Crypto/FinTech/Web3 industry in Australia.
* Proven ability to prospect and generate leads through various channels.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* A passion for exceeding expectations and achieving results.
* Fluent in English.
