We offer training in the understanding of combustion burner systems and related boiler equipment. You will develop the skills to install, commissioning and maintain boiler/burner systems.
The Service Technician position is a diverse and rewarding role, and the successful applicant can expect to work on a variety of plant and equipment at various locations throughout New South Wales. Our Technicians are required to be able to travel at regular intervals and be available to do reasonable amounts of overtime as required.
Main duties of the role are
* Apply your skills to reading and following schematics & P&ID drawings.
* Carry out routine service on boilers and heaters.
* Preparing boilers for annual inspection.
* Attend break downs think on your feet and feel the success when you solve the problem.
* Travel and gain the knowledge that comes from being part of a team involved in varying projects from new installs to retrofit work.
* Ensure standards and compliances are followed to meet clients' expectations.
* Build and develop strong relationships through good communication and professional approach.
About you:
* Electrical with an Electrical licence (or willing to obtain).
* Able to read and understand electrical drawings
* Current C-Class driver's license.
* Service and operational experience with tools and related equipment.
* Problem solving ability and troubleshooting awareness.
* Exhibit a flexible approach to travel and working hours in support of our customer's operations.
* A keen sense of willingness to listen, understand, and want to grow your knowledge in the field of combustion systems.
* PC literate with effective written and verbal skills.
* Have strong values and professional work ethic.
