We are seeking a dedicated Practicum Lecturer to contribute to our Master and Bachelor of Counselling programs. This role involves shaping academic operations, curriculum development, teaching, and assessment. You will support students in their work placements and foster strong partnerships with placement organizations.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Supporting students in securing and completing practicum placements
* Developing and maintaining placement resources and databases
* Delivering supervision webinars and providing student support
* Ensuring compliance with placement requirements
* Optional involvement in teaching, assessments, and curriculum review
About You:
* Postgraduate qualification (Master's or PhD) in Counselling, Human Services, or related field
* Experience in higher education teaching, practicum coordination, and student support
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to develop and maintain industry partnerships
