Receptionist / Legal Assistant (Parenting Leave Cover)
We are seeking a motivated and team-oriented individual to join our Condobolin office as a Receptionist / Legal Assistant on a part-time, 12-month fixed-term basis.
About the Role
This position involves working 4 days per week (Monday to Thursday) and includes a variety of administrative and client service tasks:
* Managing front desk operations – greeting clients and handling incoming calls
* Word processing and document preparation
* Assisting with legal documents and correspondence
* Providing general administrative support to the legal team
About You
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and typing skills
* A professional and confident phone manner
* The ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Prior experience in a legal office (highly desirable but not essential)
