We're looking for an energetic and reliable Retail All‐Rounder to join our Bondi Junction Electrical team, supporting our online and in‐store operations while developing skills across multiple areas of the business.
In This Role You Will
* Support store operations across stock management, ticketing, and merchandising
* Fulfil online and Click & Collect orders with accuracy and same‐day turnaround
* Liaise with online customers and the Harvey Norman Online team to manage enquiries, back orders, and resolve issues promptly
* Assist with daily stock replenishment, stock running, and back‐of‐house organisation
* Provide Great Service, Always! both in person and online
* Maintain store presentation standards — pristine, premium, and always up‐to‐date with fast‐moving pricing
About You
* Reliable, positive and "can‐do" attitude
* Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
* Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
* Good communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
* Flexibility to work weekends, late‐night trade and public holidays
* The right to work in Australia
* Physical capability to move and organise stock safely
