The Role:
* Guide and mentor the veterinary and nursing team
* Champion best-practice standards across medicine and surgery
* Collaborate with the Practice Manager to drive growth and clinic success
* Build lasting client relationships in a supportive, community-focused environment
About You:
* BVSc (or equivalent) with Australian registration
* Proven leadership experience or strong leadership potential
* Solid surgical and medical skills
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities
* A proactive, team-first mindset with a passion for animal care
