Zoo Bridal is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Casual Bridal Sales & Styling Assistant to join our boutique team. This role is centred around assisting and styling brides, helping them feel confident and supported while selecting and designing their gowns. You will also be involved in styling customers for ball gowns through our Hire The Runway.
The most important part of this role is delivering exceptional, personalised customer service and creating a warm, welcoming experience for every client.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist and style brides during consultations and fittings
* Support brides in the designing and customisation of gowns
* Provide personalised styling advice for Hire The Runway ball gown customers
* Deliver exceptional customer service from initial greeting to final appointment
* Build positive relationships with customers and create a calm, supportive environment
* Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable boutique
* Assist with daily retail operations, including sales processing and opening/closing duties
* Work collaboratively with the Zoo Bridal team to ensure smooth appointment flow

Skills & Experience
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* A warm, patient, and professional approach with customers
* Interest in fashion, bridal wear, or styling
* Ability to listen, understand customer needs, and offer thoughtful guidance
* Retail, fashion, or bridal experience is an advantage (but not essential)
* Reliable, well-presented, and available to work weekends
* Must be available to work Saturdays
* Must be proficient in computer skills and social media (preferably Excel)
* Must possess intermediate Excel skills for data management tasks
