Role and Responsibilities: As a New Car Sales Executive, you will be the face of our dealership, assisting customers in finding the perfect vehicle to meet their needs and desires. Your responsibilities will include:
* Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
* Providing expert product knowledge and guidance to customers.
* Conducting test drives and explaining vehicle features.
* Preparing and presenting sales proposals.
* Closing deals and meeting sales targets.
* Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and product knowledge.
* Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through the entire sales process.
* The dealership is open Monday - Saturday and May involve opening and closing RDO and rostered Saturdays.
Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should have:
* Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* A customer-centric approach with a passion for helping people.
* Product knowledge or a willingness to learn about our brands.
* Clear police record.
* A valid driver's license.
