ICT Helpdesk Technician

The key responsibilities will be:
* Have a current First Aid qualifications and Anaphylaxis Certificate or be willing to obtain prior to commencement
* Have a willingness to undergo Police Check
* Have a valid Working with Children Check
* Display a deep commitment to the core values of Melton Christian College and Christian Education
* Demonstrate alignment with the vision, purposes, and expression of faith of the College
* Focus primarily on Helpdesk support of Staff, Students, and Parents
* Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the ICT Helpdesk
* Assist in the College re-imaging processes, audio visual, and printing systems
