Job Title: Business Development Manager

Are you a seasoned sales professional looking to take your career to the next level? Do you have a passion for travel and tourism?


Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across the travel and tourism industry.

You will be working closely with our marketing department to develop and implement effective sales strategies, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.


Key Responsibilities:

* Business Development: Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities in the travel and tourism industry.
* Relationship Management: Build and maintain high-value relationships with travel agency owners, mobile advisors, and key suppliers.
* Sales Strategy: Develop and implement tailored sales strategies and partnership solutions to drive growth and revenue.
* Account Management: Support new partners through onboarding, engagement, and ongoing account management.


Requirements:

* Proven experience in business development or sales management within travel or tourism.
* Strong understanding of the retail travel agency network, mobile travel model, and supplier landscape.
* Ability to build rapport quickly and influence key decision makers.
* Commercial mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Passion for travel, industry relationships, and helping businesses grow.
