About the Role
As a Customer Service Agent (CSA), you will drive a Coles van and deliver customer orders to their homes. This involves safely navigating neighbourhoods during the day or night, picking and packing orders for delivery.
About You and Your Skills
* We are looking for someone who can provide great customer experiences with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.
* You must have an Unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence and a safe driving record. You will need to consent to undergo police and driving history checks.
* Confidence in driving and navigating through busy streets, suburban roads, and regional areas is essential.
* You should be active, as you will be on your feet, lifting, and carrying groceries from the van to delivery points.
* Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, is required.
