About Us: My Client in Melbourne is seeking a agile Sales and Commercial Customer Service Manager. This role is vital for their sales success and overall business operations.
Purpose: Responsible for sales and commercial reports, pricing management, customer relations, and continuous system improvements.
Responsibilities:
Sales and Commercial Reports - Australia:
Monthly sales and orders report
Backorder and overdue reports
Frequent reporting on strategic plan execution
Sales and Commercial Reports - UK:
Monthly KPI report
Ops Improvement tracker update
Assist with various commercial reports
ESG dashboards and Business Review presentations
Pricing:
Ensure accurate product pricing in Pronto
Review low-margin sales
Special price proposals and updates
Maintain price increase register
Customer Management:
Maintain customer promise dates
Liaise with State Managers
Approve credit requests
Conduct distributor reviews
Systems Improvements:
Drive continuous improvements in Pronto, CRM, and other systems
S.E Asia Support:
Support S.E Asian Customer Service Manager
HSE (Health, Safety, and Setting):
Prioritize safety and lead by example
Contribute to improving safety and maintain ISO accreditation
General:
Seek cost reductions and continuous improvement
Work consultatively and encourage teamwork
Display high integrity and business ethics
Manage staffing issues and keep superiors informed
Provide excellent service to internal and external customers
Protect Company assets
Follow Company Policies and directions
Qualifications and Experience:
Inside and external sales experience
Staff supervision and distributor engagement for similar industrial products
