Outbound collection calls following up on overdue invoices
Daily account reconciliations
Manage/review customer orders on credit hold
Credit/invoice processing
Resolve disputed invoices
Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve queries and disputes
Daily adhoc task
Age trial balance reporting
The Successful Applicant:
Good Excel Skills and potentially have Oracle too.
Excellent communication skills
Be able to handle delivery of a conversation with clients and complex queries and not get rattled easily.
Manage numerous accounts.
Work under pressure in a team workplace.
Proven experience as a Credit Officer or similar role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of credit and collection principles and practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
