NRW Holdings has an opportunity for a Corporate Affairs& Communications Manager to join our corporate team inthe Belmont Head Office. This position will play an important rolein elevating NRW’s brand within the market while managingcritical situations that protect its reputation. Working withsenior leadership, the role will help drive proactive publicrelations initiatives, manage issues effectively, and craftinternal and external communications that meet the needs of ourinvestors and other stakeholders.
In this position, you will be responsible for but notlimited to:
* The development and execution of internal and externalcommunication plans.
* The development of written media materials including pressreleases, key messages, talking points, website news articles,long form documents and presentations (such as AGM speeches,investor presentations, forwards, corporate publications etc.)and other collateral as required.
* Delivering the company’s annual corporate reportingsuite.
* Establishing and managing relationships with key externalstakeholders including media and industry partners.
* Establishing and managing media operations including mediamonitoring capability and policies, reporting to the Executiveand first point of contact for members of the media.
* Support the development of corporate collateral to enhanceour brand and reputation within the market and to tell ourstory.
* Planning and delivering external corporate and media eventsand functions as required.
* Establishing and managing crisis communicationcapability.
To be considered for this role; you will possess thefollowing:
* Minimum 10 years’ resources industry experience.
* Experience in a broad range of corporate communicationsacross ASX listed entities, including report writing, speechwriting and announcements.
* Demonstrated depth of experience in long form writing andeditorial skills.
* A genuine passion for written communication with ability totailor to intended audiences.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Exceedingly high attention to detail.
