Telecommunications Team Leader Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Telecommunications Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day running of our Switchboard and Telecommunication Services.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing frontline staffing, as well as experience with Telecommunications technology. They will be responsible for leading and supporting our Switchboard operators, developing general telecommunication policies and procedures, and providing training.

* Manage the day-to-day running of the Switchboard and Telecommunication Services.
* Lead and support Switchboard operators, including development of policies and procedures.
* Provide training to Switchboard operators.
Requirements:
* Relevant qualification and/or experience in a frontline staffing Supervisor/Team Leader role.
* Relevant qualification and/or experience with Telecommunications technology.
* Demonstrated ability to operate in a busy Switchboard environment.
* Ability to carry out and assist in developing emergency/disaster procedures.
* Sound knowledge of computer software packages.
* Demonstrated ability to work a 24 hour rotating roster undertake on call responsibilities.
* Current unrestricted NSW Drivers Licence (and a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position).
