We are offering an immediate start for the right candidate.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for motivated and organised Appointment Setters to support our sales team by scheduling appointments with potential clients. Your role will be crucial in helping individuals and businesses access tailored financial solutions by connecting them with our expert advisers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Contact prospective clients to schedule appointments for financial consultations.

* Build rapport and maintain a professional, friendly approach with potential clients.

* Qualify leads to ensure they meet criteria for sales follow-up.

* Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems.

* Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoffs and a great customer experience.

* Meet weekly appointment-setting targets and contribute to team success.

* Work in an office environment Monday to Friday 9AM - 5PM.

Skills & Experience:

* Previous experience in an appointment-setting, telesales, or customer service role is highly desirable.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients over the phone.

* Organised and detail-oriented with proficiency in CRM tools.

* Self-motivated and proactive, thriving in a results-driven environment.

* Basic understanding of financial planning or superannuation is advantageous (training provided).
