Primary Purpose of Position
The Manager Business Excellence provides strategic partnership for digital transformation, enterprise-side change, and innovation across the Port. This role ensures the organisation has the framework capability and discipline required to successfully deliver improvement and transformation initiatives. It leads the development and execution of the Port's innovation pipeline, including AI maturity uplift, emerging technologies, and quality management to enhance operational performance, safety, customer value and workforce capability.
The position leads a small, cross-skilled team responsible for driving structured change, enabling technology adoption, and embedding continuous improvement across operational and corporate functions.
This is a fixed term, 3 years fulltime position.
