STEEL FIXERS REQUIRED FOR COMMERCIAL & CIVIL PROJECTS

CCG Reinforcement & Rigging is a major provider of steel fixing/reinforcement services specialising in commercial and civil construction projects.
Due to the current workload and a range of upcoming projects, we are expanding our team and looking for steel fixers and foreman to work on various projects across Melbourne, such as the North East Link and Suburban Rail Loop.
Successful applicants will need to have extensive site experience and be confident to work on large scale projects to perform duties such as tying steel, moving material, laying mesh, etc.
General requirements include:
* Physically fit and capable of manual labour in a fast-paced environment
* A friendly, energetic and hardworking attitude
* Experience working in team environments
* A strong understanding of maintaining a safe work environment
* Relevant tickets
* Good communication skills
* Own transport is beneficial
* Melbourne based
Foreman Requirements:
* Experience leading steel fixing teams on large civil and commercial projects
* Confident reading and interpreting reinforcement drawings
* Strong coordination and communication with clients and site teams
* Ability to manage deadlines, quality, and site safety effectively
Additional tickets and inductions are advantageous but not a requirement (include these in your application):
* Rail Industry Worker qualified
* North East Link - EBTA (Eastern Burke to Tram Alliance) - Contractor Induction
* Mordialloc LXRP - SPA online and face-to-face inductions
* Suburban Rail Loop - Site induction
Package:
* Top rate with additional allowances and double time (overtime/night/weekend) where applicable
* Immediate (or flexible) start available
* Initial contract term on casual – potential of full time package
