Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Hearing Health Service Provider. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring their experience is optimal.
You will play a key role in managing client appointments, scheduling, and administrative tasks, providing support to our Clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists), and efficiently managing day-to-day clinic operations. You will also be responsible for handling client inquiries, billing, and taking payments.
This is a permanent part-time position with flexible working hours scheduled between Wednesday to Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm. There may be opportunities to increase hours as needed for leave coverage.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration roles
* A passion for delivering an amazing client experience
* Great communication and active listening skills
* Resilience, self-motivation, and lots of energy
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
* Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team
* Focus on results and the best possible outcomes for both our clinic and our clients
* Intermediate computer skills
