Due to continued growth within their residential division, our client is now seeking an experienced and passionate Property Manager to manage a well-maintained portfolio of only 150 properties will full leasing and accounts support.
**The Position**:
In the role of Property Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage a well-maintained portfolio of only 150 properties
- Liaise with landlords and tenants and develop relationships
- Organise repairs and maintenance
- Conduct ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Prepare for and attend tribunal hearings as required
***The Person**:
- A solid track record in property management
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Ability to work autonomously
- A positive, 'can do' attitude is a must
- Immaculate personal presentation
- Valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
