We are currently partnering with a high-performing boutique commercial real estate agency based on Brisbane's southside to recruit a Commercial Portfolio Manager.
Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to take ownership of a diverse portfolio and play a key role in maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing a portfolio of commercial assets (industrial, office & retail)
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractor works
* Managing lease administration, renewals and rent reviews
* Budgeting, outgoings reconciliation and financial reporting
* Ensuring compliance with legislation and lease obligations
* Working closely with the agency's sales and leasing teams
About You
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment and enjoys building long‐term client relationships.
Ideal experience includes:
* Previous experience in Commercial Property Management
* Current Real Estate Certificate / License (QLD)
* Strong understanding of commercial leases and property legislation
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities across a property portfolio
* A proactive and client-focused approach
