Description Key duties of this role will include: Manage budget and forecasting processes: Support the financial planning process, ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and cashflow analysis Deliver accurate financial reporting: Track performance against targets, including variance analysis across P&L, Balance Sheet, and KPIs. Provide financial insights to internal stakeholders, support data-driven decision-making and organisational goals. Improve reporting capabilities through the development of dashboards for both financial and operational data. Collaborate with stakeholders: Manage product, project, budget, and managerial reporting, offering a strategic view of financial performance and accuracy. Profile A successful Management Accountant must have: ASX listed experience (desired) Bachelor of Business/Commerce - Accounting or equivalent Certified Practicing Accounting (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, management reporting and business partnering Analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights Communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels Job Offer The successful candidate will be provided with: Competitive salary Permanent full-time Opportunities for professional development and career progression.
