Zambrero is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Team Members/Supervisors at our Canberra ACT location. As a Team Member/Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, preparing delicious Mexican-inspired meals, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

• Take customer orders and prepare meals according to Zambrero's recipes and standards
• Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are followed at all times
• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
• Train and supervise team members to ensure efficient operations
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
• Providing exceptionally friendly customer service
• Following recipes accurately to prepare food for meal periods
• Preparing recipes as needed, including anticipating and adapting to customer volume
• Adhering to food handling, safety and sanitisation standards
• Assisting with daily and weekly cleaning of the production areas, dining room and general restaurant
• Anything else that helps the restaurant run smoothly and give our customers a great experience

• Previous experience in the food industry is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment and multitask effectively
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Food safety certification is a plus
