TSPV Opportunities – Multiple Roles within the Defence Space
Profectus is seeking TSPV-cleared professionals for three high-impact contract roles supporting major programs within the Defence environment.
These roles offer the opportunity to contribute to nationally significant capability development and complex project delivery.
ICT Contract Manager – Defence (TSPV + OSA-eligible)
Location: Canberra (Onsite)
Clearance: TSPV + ability to complete Organisational Suitability Assessment
Start: March ****
Summary: Lead full lifecycle ICT procurement and contract management across multi-phase security and capability uplift initiatives.
Operate with autonomy, ensuring compliance with government procurement legislation and delivering value-for-money outcomes.
Key Skills & Experience:
Strong background in government procurement, contracting, and the Commonwealth Procurement Rules
Experience negotiating, managing, and evaluating complex ICT contracts
Ability to identify and mitigate risks, manage supplier performance, and drive continuous improvement
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills
Relevant qualifications in procurement or contract management (desirable)
Senior Project Officer – Finance (TSPV)
Location: Canberra (Onsite)
Start: March ****
Duration: 12 months + 2 x 12-month extensions
Summary: Support financial planning, budgeting, procurement submissions, and contract management for a major Defence project.
Provide high-quality reporting, meeting coordination, and administrative oversight to ensure effective project governance.
Key Skills & Experience:
Financial planning, forecasting, and monitoring IT/portfolio expenditure
Managing budgets, audit controls, and financial reportingExperience with procurement documentation and contract performance monitoring
Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills
Advanced proficiency across Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
Defence financial systems experience (highly desirable)
Project Management Contractor – Defence Program (TSPV)
Contract: Through DSS Panel – Level 3 Advanced Practitioner
Summary: Provide project management support for the delivery of key land-based radar and fires capabilities.
Assist with development of Product Delivery Schedule documentation, support introduction-into-service activities, and coordinate with a wide range of Defence stakeholders.
Key Skills & Experience:
Proven PM experience within the Defence Capability Life Cycle
Experience preparing PDS documentation (Concept of Employment, Business Cases, Cost Models, Operational Concepts)
Understanding of radar systems (AESA), tactical data links, and OT&E processes
Ability to manage complex stakeholder engagement and support governance through Gate approval cycles
Strong analytical, planning, and risk identification skills
