Village Lifestyle Coordinator

This role requires a strong understanding of what Residents want and need, as well as the ability to identify opportunities to enhance Resident satisfaction. You will be responsible for coordinating village activities, functions, and events, hosting them when required, and managing their financial operations to ensure their viability.
You will work collaboratively with other teams to communicate activities, functions, and events to all stakeholders, particularly Residents, in a timely, professional, and welcoming manner. This may include facilitating reception areas and providing additional support to our operations.
To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position, event management or equivalent certificate in tertiary education. You must also have demonstrated experience in events planning and management, highly developed interpersonal skills, and strong organisational skills.
In addition, you should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to promote lifestyle activities effectively and maximise attendance and positive feedback.
