Smart Moves Healthcare is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Adelaide team.
We're a South Australian, family-owned allied health provider delivering Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology and Exercise Physiology services across metropolitan and regional communities. Our clinicians work across NDIS, aged care and community health, helping people achieve greater independence and quality of life.
This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys working autonomously, values strong clinical practice and is looking for a supportive team environment without unnecessary layers of management.
About the Role
As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you'll manage a varied community caseload and work with participants presenting with a broad range of physical, neurological, developmental and psychosocial needs.
Responsibilities
* Functional Capacity Assessments
* Assistive Technology assessments and prescription
* Capacity-building interventions
* Detailed clinical reporting and recommendations
* Liaising with participants, families, support coordinators and other stakeholders
* Supporting and mentoring less experienced clinicians

About You
* Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
* Experience working within community, disability, rehabilitation or aged care settings
* Strong assessment, clinical reasoning and report-writing skills
* Experience with NDIS participants and funding pathways
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
* Passion for delivering quality services and making a meaningful difference in the lives of the people you support
