Sandwich Chefs Lilydale is looking for an energetic Retail Manager to lead our team and take our store to the next level!
What You'll Be Doing
* Lead and manage day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance
* Inspire, train and develop a high‐performing team
* Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain strong customer relationships
* Ensure food quality, presentation and hygiene standards are consistently upheld
* Manage inventory, control costs and drive sales growth
* Handle customer feedback and resolve issues with professionalism
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in retail or hospitality management (1+ years preferred)
* A hands‐on leader with excellent communication and team‐building skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast‐paced, customer‐focused environment
* Strong organisational and problem‐solving abilities
* Knowledge of food safety standards (Food Safety Certificate is an advantage)
* Valid working rights in Australia
